I really enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, and the friendly service made my stay feel welcoming. being just a few steps from the Swan pub for a cozy evening meal and less than a 20-minute walk from the beautiful House of Prayer for a peaceful stroll added to my experience.

    family-friendly amenities
    spacious room
    limited breakfast options

We had a lovely stay in a spacious Family Room, and my grandkids enjoyed playing darts in the game area. The staff were friendly, making our visits to the bar for drinks enjoyable and relaxing after busy family days.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have more children's menu options available during breakfast.

    good location
    decent breakfast
    dirty room
    no cleaning service

the location of the hotel is great if u like being near the football stadium, and its easy to find with plenty of parking. the staff were friendly which helped a lot, especially the receptionists who answered all my questions. the room had a bath, which was nice after a long day. breakfast was decent with a good selection of food.

the room we got was dirty with sticky floors, and we saw mice in there which is just gross. plus, we never got clean towels or a proper room cleaning during our stay.

Could use a lot of TLC

So we stayed here for 3 nights, and honestly, it was a bit rough. The room felt super shabby, and I could hear the TV from next door like it was my own! But the restaurant was a nice spot for some food, though the choices were kinda bland. Wish the place was cleaner too.

    Not bad, could be better

Stayed for a night and it was okay. The receptionist and the breakfast guy were super friendly and helpful, which was a nice touch. My room was clean, but the bathroom had some issues, like mold around the tub. The restaurant was decent, but the food could have been better, honestly.

    Comfortable Stay with Great Food

I enjoyed my stay here, especially the convenient access to the bar and dining area overlooking the football pitch. The dining options, both buffet and à la carte, provided delicious meals. For future guests, I recommend trying the hot breakfast—it's worth it!

    darts lounge
    faulty hairdryer

Had an awesome stay with friends! We explored nearby attractions and had some laughs playing darts in the lounge. Remember, the dining options might be limited at times, so it's a good idea to plan your meals ahead. great value and friendly staff made our trip memorable!

We faced some issues with the hairdryer in our room. it caught fire which was concerning. Thankfully, we weren't harmed, but it definitely put a damper on our stay.

    Spacious room but needs cleaning!

Had a 3-night stay as a couple. The room was huge, which was awesome! But yikes, the bathroom could use some serious cleaning—there was black mold in the tiles. The restaurant had good food tho. that, we noticed a few dust bunnies under the bed. a mixed experience.

A good range of conference options offered, likely a boost for those organizing events. The meeting spaces maintain a clear focus on professionalism and efficient layout, making them suitable for serious discussions.

Breakfast options severely underwhelmed, with missing basics like butter and jams. The cooked food served stone cold left much to be desired—only cold beans and hash browns were offered for vegans. Room acoustics could also be an issue. thin walls led to noise disturbances during the night. Amenities like the hairdryer had safety concerns, as one almost caught fire, while the kettle's condition was unacceptable with mold inside. Cleanliness needs attention too. I found dust in the corners and debris behind furniture, raising some concerns about overall hygiene.
